ZM2104-AL two-color sheet-fed offset perss, based on collaborated with Japanese professional designers technology and newly developed, the updated ZM2104-AL sheet-fed offset press with max. paper feeding width of 1040mm and alcohol damping system is designed mainly for various packaging printing, especially for those thicker paper and card printing. It features compact structure, ease contour, high technical content and good performance and price relations. The V type arrangement of five cylinders adopted in the printing unit offers high integral design rigidity, the double size impression cylinder makes it possible for the paper to be printed two colors by one gripping and less deformed, and thus to obtain high printing registration. With PLC controller, frequency converting speed regulation technology, pneumatic throw-on and throw-off mechanism, photoelectric monitor and interface between operators and the touch screen adopted in the press, the integrated control with photo, mechanical and electricity provides easy operation.
